Printing your Udyam Certificate is a straightforward process that ensures your business is recognized under the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in India. Follow these detailed steps to print your Udyam Certificate:

  1. Access the Udyam Registration Portal: Start by navigating to the official Udyam Registration portal. Make sure you are on the correct website to avoid any potential scams.

  2. Log In to Your Account: On the homepage, find and click on the “Print/Verify” option. You will be required to log in using your Udyam Registration Number (URN) and registered mobile number or email ID. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email to proceed.

  3. Locate Your Certificate: After logging in, you will be directed to a dashboard displaying your business details. Look for the “Print Certificate” or “Download Certificate” option.

  4. Download the Certificate: Click on the “Download Certificate” button to download your Udyam Certificate in PDF format.

  5. Print the Certificate: Open the downloaded PDF file and ensure your computer is connected to a printer. Select the “Print” option from the PDF viewer’s menu. Choose your printer, adjust the print settings if necessary, and click “Print” to obtain a hard copy of your certificate.

  6. Verify the Printed Certificate: Once printed, verify that all the details on the certificate are correct. The Udyam Certificate includes your business name, Udyam Registration Number, type of enterprise, and other essential details.
